HEALTH AND SAFETY
We understand and embrace the principles of, along with our duties under, the CDM Regulations, which strive to make buildings safer and healthier for those who may come into contact with them over their life span; from construction, to use and finally to demolition.
Our Managerial Team has the experience, skills and training to fully implement their duties to plan, organise, control, monitor and review the working systems or activities to ensure that the safety of everyone is taken into consideration at all stages; from pre-contract to site, to completion.
TRAINING
We offer a Skills Development Programme (SDP) in conjunction with CITB (Construction Industry Training Board). Our Training Co-ordinator reviews the programme along with our Director and Supervisor. This involves Training Needs Analysis and an Annual Training Plan, regularly updated throughout the year to incorporate any changes in circumstances.
Where training is required in a specific field, the Director and Supervisor will discuss it with the Training Co-ordinator who will arrange the appropriate course. Employees are also encouraged to come forward with any training opportunities they wish to undertake.
QUALITY
Our quality standards meet the criteria of ISO 9001, with our main objectives being: improving efficiency, customer satisfaction and increasing profitability. We aim to achieve this through our management systems and procedures as detailed in our Quality Manual.
A Management Review Meeting takes place every year where all systems are reviewed and improvement measures are set out for implementation.
ENVIRONMENT
We’re all too aware that everyone is responsible for the carbon footprint of our world. So, where possible, we use only sustainable products, and source materials and machinery from responsible, reputable partners and suppliers.
We are fully trained in working with industrial materials, and meet all the required regulations in doing so.
